Release of Liability:
I release Preston International LLC. D/B/A Preston Tactical, it’s officers agents, employees, volunteers, and James Preston from: (1) Any personal injury which may occur, (2) Any damage to clothing, firearms, or personal property, (3) Any injury, loss or damage that may occur or result from the intentional or negligent acts of any person. Any person includes but is not limited to myself, James Preston, and all employees of Preston International LLC. D/B/A Preston Tactical including those people which James Preston, Member Preston International LLC., and employees has contact. I intend that this release of liability cover all situations which may occur while attending training or consultation by Preston International LLC. D/B/A Preston Tactical or it’s employees, and when handling, using, or in the presence of firearms or weapons of any kind. I agree to assume the risk and full liability of any personal injury, loss or damage which may result from exposure to any hazardous situation to which I am exposed. I agree to act as my own insurer against all hazards and intentional or negligent acts of any person. I understand that I may withdraw and end my training or consulting session at any time and that no refund will be provided. I agree to hold harmless and indemnify Preston International LLC D/B/A Preston Tactical, its officers, members, agents, employees, and volunteers from any liability, direct or vicariously, which may be asserted against them for any act which I may commit. I understand that Preston International LLC. D/B/A Preston Tactical and James Preston make no warranties or guarantees regarding the outcome or the participation in training. I consent to have all claims governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and I consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Polk County, Texas.
Consent to Emergency Treatment:
I certify that I am of good health and I know of no health or fitness restriction(s) that preclude my participation. In the event of illness or injury while involved in this activity, I consent to X-ray examination, anesthesia, medical, or surgical diagnostic and lifesaving procedures or treatment that is considered necessary in the judgment of the attending physician or an employee of Preston International LLC D/B/A Preston Tactical if I am unable to give consent due to physical incapacitation.
Firearms Safety and Use of Force:
I understand that I must: (1) Handle and treat all firearms as if they are loaded. (2) Be sure of my target, the targets foreground and background. (3) Never point a firearm at anyone that I do not intend to shoot and/or anything that I am not willing to destroy. (4) Always keep my finger off the trigger and outside the trigger guard until I have an identified target, my weapon is on the target, and I have made a decision to fire the weapon. (5) I understand that I assume all responsibility for all use of force decisions that I make and any use of force that I use against any person. I affirm that I have read and understand the Preston Tactical range rules and agree to follow them.
Media Release:
I hereby consent to the photographing, audiotaping, and videotaping of myself and the recording of my voice and the use of these photographs and/or recordings singularly or in conjunction with other photographs and/or recordings for advertising, publicity, commercial or other business purposes. I understand that the term "photograph" as used herein encompasses both still photographs and motion picture footage. I further consent to the reproduction and/or authorization by Preston International LLC D/B/A Preston Tactical to reproduce and use said photographs and recordings of my voice, for use in all domestic and foreign markets. Further, I understand that others, with or without the consent of Preston International LLC D/B/A Preston Tactical may use and/or reproduces such photographs and recordings. I hereby release Preston International LLC D/B/A Preston Tactical, and any of its associated or affiliated companies, their directors, officers, agents, employees and customers, and appointed advertising agencies, their directors, officers, agents and employees from all claims of every kind on account of such use.

I have carefully read this release. I understand what the release means and I indicate my voluntary acceptance of the terms of the release by signing my name below. I understand that Preston International LLC. D/B/A Preston Tactical, and the class materials are protected by copy write and trademark protection afforded by the United Sates of America and I will not infringe on those said copy writes now or at any time in the future. I further affirm by my signature that I am a law abiding citizen with no felony criminal record or felony criminal convictions, I am of sound mind with no history of mental illness or substance abuse, and I am physically fit with no health risk(s). I have no criminal convictions or legal actions that would prevent me from lawfully attending this training. If a court of law construes that any part of this release is invalid, such construction shall not invalidate the remainder of the release. I affirm that I wish to receive e-mail and promotional information from Preston International LLC D/B/A Preston Tactical.
